We guide you on color stability, radiant-heat compatibility, acclimation needs, and sustainable sourcing, using low-VOC adhesives and finishes whenever possible.
For resilient solutions, we offer rigid-core luxury vinyl (SPC/WPC) with thick wear layers, embossed-in-register textures, and waterproof construction ideal for kitchens, baths, and basements. Tile and stone selections are specified by PEI wear rating, slip resistance, and edge profile to achieve tight grout joints and superior longevity. We also provide acoustic underlayments, waterproofing systems, and stair components that complete the design and enhance everyday performance.
From consultation to final walk-through
Every project begins with a detailed consultation, on-site measurement, and substrate assessment. We perform moisture testing (RH probes for concrete, pin meters for wood), verify flatness tolerances, and map traffic flow to optimize layout and transitions. You receive a transparent, itemized proposal that outlines materials, methods, and timelines so you can approve with confidence.
Preparation is the foundation of a flawless floor. We acclimate materials, stabilize interior climate, and correct subfloor irregularities with self-leveling, patching, or re-sheathing as needed. Our team installs proper vapor barriers or crack isolation membranes, specifies sound control where required, and implements HEPA-filtered dust containment to protect your home or business throughout the process.
We use installation methods suited to each material: nail-down, glue-down, or floating for wood and resilient; ANSI-compliant setting materials, waterproofing, and movement joints for tile and stone. Expansion gaps are respected, stair treads are integrated safely, and finishes are protected during cure. You’ll receive daily updates, a thorough final walk-through, and written manufacturer and workmanship warranties—plus a maintenance guide covering cleaning, humidity control, felt pads, and long-term care.
